Search for your business in Google
If your registered with Google your business should pop up on the right side in the Google business box. If you haven't registered here is a link to get started.
Click on “Write a Review”
Copy the URL.
You can shorten the URL so it’s a bit more user friendly. There are several free website url shortens online. Here are a few.
Here is a sample letter you can modify to send to your clients.

Hope you’re doing well.
As a locally-owned business, our goal to provide the highest quality service and care deeply about how our work affects customers like you. We'd love if you could send us an email and tell us what we can do to better serve you next time.
As you may know, many people like you rely on online reviews to make sure they get the best service possible. It would really help me if you’d be willing to leave a quick review on Google for the recent [SPECIFIC] services from us. It should only take a moment if you click here [INSERT LINK YOU CREATED ABOVE].
